Hello sir Rich,
First, the TG789vn is a VDSL gateway is ready for VDSL network. The ST780WL that u have, is an Experiabox, the same as the TG789VN that's why u didn't recieved a new Gateway. Only the difference is that the ST780 doesn't support a N-Networking. Please contact us with a PB (Private Message) .
